This classic squirrel proof bird feeder from Brome Bird Care Inc. holds 1.4 quarts of bird feed and is guaranteed effective against both Red and Gray Squirrels.
How It Works
Openings in the wire shroud align with seed ports and provide birds access to the seed. When a squirrel climbs onto the feeder, its weight automatically forces the shroud down, closing access to the seed ports. All squirrels and many large birds are foiled but not harmed in any way.
Transparent seed tubes are like greenhouses, they tryap solar energy. Traditional seed tube cover designs block the escape of heated air. Perches Are Removable
